Moroccan Mint Green Tea:
10 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
3 teaspoons Koni Slim it Sencha Green Tea
3 tablespoons sugar or honey (or more to taste)
4 cups water
Add all of these ingredients in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil. Turn the heat down and let it sit on low heat for 3 minutes. Strain the liquid and let it cool.
Sake Infused with Moroccan Mint cocktail:
Ingredients:
4 whole mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
4 ounces sweetened Moroccan mint tea - above
4 ounces premium sake
Ice
Directions:
Combine ice and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker, then shake a few times to bruise the leaves. Add remaining ingredients and shake well. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with mint sprigs or a lime wedge.
