Koni Endurance Green Tea
Koni Endurance Green Tea

You're going to love this antioxidant packed fruit and vegetable smoothie, even if you're not a vegetable lover! The strawberries and pineapple juice are so sweet and flavorful that you won't even taste the greens. The infusion of Koni Endurance green tea helps to build your immune system with its antioxidants, lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, reduces the risk of getting cancer, and helps to burn fat. In addition, the nutrients and vitamins from the fruits and veggies will satisfy your cravings and provide you with lasting energy throughout the day.

I use spinach for the majority of my green smoothies because it is truly a super food! Spinach is an excellent source of iron, calcium, beta carotene, vitamin C and important minerals. It is very high in phytonutrients that act as anti-cancer agents and blood sugar stabilizers. It is also high in potassium and folic acid, both of which reduce the risk of hypertension and cardiovascular disease. One of only two vegetables that contain co-enzyme Q10, spinach is essential for muscle strength and heart health.

You can no longer make excuses for not having enough time to make something healthy. This is a quick and easy way to get your daily dose of fruits, vegetables, and tea. All you have to do is throw everything in a blender, puree until smooth, and enjoy!
