I heard of your ONO teas and was wondering if you have a tea made to help heal migraines or headaches? I can handle a little caffeine per day.

Caffeine can cause a “rebound” effect - you take it to get rid of the headache, which goes away but then comes back worse than ever. If possible, try to eliminate all sources of caffeine from your diet. Although you may experience withdrawal symptoms for a few days, including headaches, it will be worth the temporary suffering.
Mint and ginger help with headaches, so here are a few of my suggestions, both caffeine and caffeine-free. I offered some caffeinated suggestions just in case you can’t completely cut it out of your system.
LIGHT CAFFEINE -
ONO Moroccan Mint or Awakened Buddha green tea. Drink one or two cups of tea if you have a headache.
Simply Slim - the ginger in this tea inhibits a substance called thromboxane A2 that prevents the release of substances that make blood vessels dilate. I like to put grated fresh ginger or crushed ginger in this tea. Ginger is useful for migraines as well as other headaches.
All 3 of these teas are great with a dash of honey. Honey contains potassium and magnesium which will help relax the arteries and allow more blood to flow to the brain. This is very good if you feel a migraine coming on.
CAFFEINE-FREE -
ONO Holy Detox - great iced and safe to drink all day because it is caffeine free. It contains mint which helps with headaches. It also contains linden blossoms. In The British Herb Pharmacopoeia, linden is listed as a sedative for treating nervous tension and headaches. Researchers suspect that this herb heals migraines (and other vascular headaches) by improving blood circulation.
Sleepy Time - also great for headaches. Chamomile helps to calm your nerves and relax your muscles.
If you can get a massage before and after a couple cups of tea, that would be even better!
