Ingredients:
2/3 cup of tofu
1 cup of chilled, cubed pineapple (blueberries are also a good choice)
1 cup of chilled strawberries
½ cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup chilled Slim it Sencha
1 teaspoon of honey
Directions:
- Place tofu in a blender and process until it is smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth
- Garnish rim with a strawberry if desired.
