Fad diets or diet pills sound tempting but they do not lead to real WEIGHT LOSS. At best, they lead to rapid water loss (not fat). At worst, they lead to increased weight gain, a slow metabolism, depression and obesity. Diet products use aspartame so that they can claim that these are good to help you...
