Happy New Year James! In my opinion, tea is a beverage made by steeping leaves, herbs, flowers, fruit in water. There are many types of "tea." Cameslia Sinensis is the most popular "tea" leaf which many of us refer to us black, oolong, green, and white tea. Rooibos is a "tea" that is made from Aspalathus linearis, a South African shrub. One of my favorite iced teas is ONO Berry Dazzle, which is a "tea" made from delicious fruit pieces and rooibos. :)

Phuong. Happy New Year! What are your thoughts on referring to Rooibos and other tisanes as "teas"? Some would say that unless they are mixed with a blend that contains tea leaves (camellia sinensis), they are not actually "teas."

Check out a video I just posted at http://www.thealmightytea.com, an online community that I set up for tea lovers. Would love to hear your thoughts on the video, the site, the community. Email me: james@thealmightytea.com.

Any tea that says "decaffeinated" is not truley decaff. It still has a small amount of cafeine. For a true cafeine-free tea, I highly recommend ONO Serenity Now, ONO Fountain of Youth, or ONO Sleepy Time. They are all rooibos based teas which are true caffeine free teas. Rooibos is a tea plant that comes from South Africa and is extremely high in antioxidants. Have a happy New Year!

Hi Talya - Derived from dried corn kernels, it helps give skin a fresh, dry feeling , soothes irritated skin and leaves it feeling silky and smooth. It is the primary ingredient in commercial baby powders. Caution: Cornstarch can cause allergic reactions in people who are sensitive or allergic to corn or corn products
